Is this therapy?
No. It's closer to a structured, professionally conducted self-inquiry with a strategic lens. We're not treating anything and we're not following a coaching programme. We help you see yourself more clearly as a leader and as a person, and we turn that into something concrete you can act on.
Will this stay confidential?
Completely. What you share in sessions stays between us. Your profile is never shared, discussed, or referenced with anyone outside our engagement. We treat everything with the same discretion we would want for ourselves.
Can we do this online?
Yes. All sessions are conducted via secure video call. We work with founders across Europe and beyond, location is not a barrier.
What if I do nothing with the profile?
It's a fair concern, and one we take seriously. That's why we include a follow-up call one month after delivery as standard. Insight without action is just an interesting read.
